Other Information: These three tenements are what remains of a row of seven buildings on the blockfront between East 53rd and 54th Streets. No architect is listed in docket books. Each tenement was designed to house eight families (two per floor) above a storefront. Part of an important group of residential buildings, including 123 West 3rd Street (see) and 321 and 323 East 53rd Street (see), with rusticated cast-iron facades.
